CLASS DETAIL: Delve into the baroque, fascinating world of true Mexican food. Dishes range from temperately flavored to burn-you-up fiery. This class covers the essentials of working with fresh green chiles and dried red chiles. To accompany these dishes we press out fresh masa tortillas and cook them on a comal. You’ll learn enough about preparing vegetables Mexican-style to cook a full meal.
