CLASS DETAIL:
Contemporary Miami cooking draws on its Latin American, Asian, and Caribbean Islander populations. Experience this miraculous fusion in your own kitchen. This class will introduce you to the "borrowed" and innovative cuisine of Miami's top restaurants. Along with several different kinds of citrus, we'll cook with various fresh chiles to punch up the flavors of this vibrant mélange.
