CLASS DETAIL: This class will open the door on the great cuisines and food concepts of India. Each dish grows from it's own unique blend of spices, or masala. The Punjabi and Bengali style dishes in this class use complex masalas to lift ordinary vegetables and pulses to a sensually phenomenal realm. You’ll learn to use spices to create magic from a simple kitchen cabinet.
