CLASS DETAIL:
Expeditions bring students together to assemble a five-course dinner from the ground up. This expedition begins with a walk through the markets on Devon Avenue, Chicago's largest Indian shopping district. We'll buy spices and ingredients to create some classic Indian dishes and some dishes that are twists on the classics. In the last hour of class we sit down to this party, complete with music, and enjoy the results of our efforts.
