CLASS DETAIL: Everything you need to know to get you started cooking the quintessential Thai recipes. Our second session explores Issan cooking and some of the Buddhist traditions which inform Thai cuisine. The third class show you how to create the animated stir-fries of a Thai noodle shop in your kitchen. We conclude the course by cooking the outdoor grilled classics of Thai cuisine.
