Create the animated stir-fries of a Thai noodle and rice shop in your kitchen. Our class begins with an overview of types of noodles and rice used in Thailand. Then we head to the woks to stir-fry a couple Thai favorites. We'll finish by broiling pork skewers marinated in soy, whiskey, lemongrass and palm sugar and serving them with our own made-from-scratch peanut sauce.
