CLASS DETAIL:
Some of the most memorable dishes in the Vietnamese culinary repertoire are cooked on a live fire. We’ll prepare a mini-banquet of these specialties with unusual wrappers and skewers like heart-shaped ba la lot leaves and sugarcane stalks to create intensely flavored barbecue.
